Looking for help? But not quite getting what you need? Video analysis may be the answer. This clip comes with voice over explanation and potential drills to help work on the different topics.
Please provide a Pitching video as outlined below:
1. Choose only one of “your Pitch's” for analysis (for ex: a fastball, a curveball etc )
2. Keep video short with minimum down time, Ideal 15-20 seconds
3. Please provide a few different video angles for best advice including: a. Front view (Camera facing Pitcher) b. Back View (Camera behind the pitchers throwing shoulder, I should be able to see pitch movement/home plate) c. A video of your choice!
Video will come back mocked up with voice over and/or specific points to work on!
