High School Softball Pitchers will have the opportunity of a lifetime to learn how to Bring It every pitch—> with Speed, Movement, Accuracy, and Efficiency. To get 1x1 attention from Olympian, Monica Abbott… and what type of mindset you need to be so mentally present that coaches will love you and opponents will dread having to face you. See you at the 2025 Monica Abbott Speed Retreat.

• Friday Night Dinner with Monica $100 - Dinner for you and a guest with a special presentation and motivational by Monica. Located in a Private Room at Smoke Brewing Company, 209 SE Main St, Lee’s Summit MO 64063

• 1 on 1 Lesson with Monica $70 - 30min, please let us know if you will need a catcher

• 3 Month Mentorship Post Speed Retreat $175 - Includes a minimum of one Group session and a 1x1 session for mentee’s each month for 3 months

***Pitchers must provide their own Catcher or for an extra fee we can provide one for you. No parents are permitted to catch at the event.
